Ascension Capital
The consumer debt restructuring services focuses on credit card debts and any form personal unsecured loans provided by the banking and financial institutions in Malaysia. Our customers are mainly consumers who face difficulty to afford the demanded repayments to their creditors and facing any impending legal action by their creditors. Through our systematic approach and counselling sessions, we analyse and re-balance the client’s personal cash flow. With their official authorisation, debts are then consolidated and restructured into lower single monthly payments over a pre-determined period calculated at lower interest rates, similar to a term loan structure. ACSB then breaks down the repayment amount according to our formula and advises the payment to various creditors owed.
We also negotiate with the creditors to accept this restructuring and provide legal support to our clients, if necessary through our panel lawyers. The financial products offered to customers cover mortgages and property loan refinancing. This is achieved through the strategic partnership with two of the leading market providers in this field, with more partners being added in future for other products like Automotive Loans and Hire Purchase Loans. This service is done internally and serves as a cleaner and elegant solution to eliminate the customer’s outstanding unsecured debt by capitalising on stored value in those properties. We then provide Debt Settlement services to negotiate discounts with the various creditors. This benefits the customers through interest savings over the loan period at competitive market rates offered by our partners and immediate setlement of debts without accruing more interest.
The system to execute these services is structured and designed to be effective and flexible at all levels and categories of debts, from pre to post bankruptcy stages.

All clients will be seen strictly by appointment basis only. Clients are requested to bring along a photostated copy of their IC, Latest bank statements from their creditors and Pay Slips for accurate analysis. Credit Cards are to be surrendered upon joining our Debt Consolidation Programme.

As our network grows, this entire process will be done online where various industry sectors can access and promote or source for their needs like an online classified.
Once a match is secured, confidentiality and exploratory agreements will also be signed between all parties including Ascension Capital, before the actual negotiations meeting. 1) A white knight who has successfully done a few RTOs, (that's Reverse Take Over), are currently looking for a PN4 company to rescue. Their injection value is about RM 150 million. What it means is, PN4 companies (those previously listed companies that do not meet Securities Commission compliance for current listing) in need of large cash injections and are willing to receive help to put them back to a healthy state can be helped by this white knight. So, if you have leads to the vendors or owners of PN4 companies, let us know and we'll take it from there.
2) High pressure water cleaners - those sort used at Swimming pools etc (The entire system)
3) Mini Vacuum Cleaners
4) Paper (raw material, in rolls to be used to make Cartons / Packaging)
For items Number 2-4, we don't have full requirement specs yet, but we will update it here as and when we get the information. Requirement is that it must be a NON-China product. Due to high taxation issues. Looking to ship 1 containter (20ft) per item.
